Our network provider have advised us they will be conducting preventative maintenance on their network. During the maintenance window, there will be two brief interruptions of service resulting in some failures processing payments on BigCommerce stores. The outages are expected to last less than 5 minutes but could be up to 30 minutes if unexpected issues arise.
BigCommerce engineers are working closely with the provider to ensure minimal impact to BigCommerce stores. We will be closely monitoring the maintenance and will be prepared to respond to any issues.
