BigCommerce engineers are currently performing unplanned, emergency maintenance on one of the BigCommerce mail servers. For a number of merchants, BigCommerce POP3, IMAP, and SMTP access will be disrupted while this maintenance is completed. We expect to have service restored shortly. Order notifications, lost passwords, and other BigCommerce generated mail is unaffected by this maintenance.
