BigCommerce engineers will be performing upgrades to our reporting infrastructure in preparation for the holiday season. There will be no report updates during this time. All other Control Panel functions will operate normally. Data will be processed once the cluster is back online. Updated data may delayed as much as 12 hours. We intend to make this as short as possible but we have given an extended maintenance window in case there are difficulties.
