All response times are back to expected levels. We will be continuing to investigate to find a more permanent mitigation.

Identified
We have identified the issue and applied initial mitigation. This was a denial of service attack against a specific store, that affected other Stencil stores in that cluster. We will have further prevention steps following. However, most stores are back online.

BigCommerce engineers are investigating availability issues with a sub-set of stores. We will update shortly with our findings.
