Storefront and search result load times are returning to to normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Identified

Bigcommerce engineers are working to restore the performance of our search clusters. The performance of the search clusters will affect Storefront, Control Panel and API performance. We hope to have performance restored shortly.
