Monitoring

Bigcommerce has identified the source of the issue and have taken actions to restore connectivity to stores. We are currently monitoring the situation closely

Update

Store are available again. Bigcommerce engineers are continuing to investigating the issue which caused a small 10 minute availability issue for a small number of stores
