Commerce Engineers have identified and resolved an issue that prevented shopper events from being captured between 8:38 PM and 10:20 PM CT. Systems are now functioning normally, and current events are processing correctly.
Please note that Control Panel Analytics Reports and the Facebook Conversions API (FBCAPI) integration data for that specific time window (8:38 PM – 10:20 PM CT) will remain degraded or missing in Control Panel Analytics Reports. The affected events are: PRODUCT_PAGE_VIEWED and SHOPPER_VISIT_STARTED in Control Panel Visits and Conversion reports; and PRODUCT_PAGE_VIEWED and SHOPPER_PAGE_VIEWED events in the Facebook Conversions API. We are monitoring the platform to ensure continued stability.
