FexEx shipping API is still having performance issues. We are monitoring and will re-enable as soon as performance has stabilized.

FedEx has resolved their API issue. We are waiting for it to stabilize then will re-enable FedEx shipping as an option. Thanks for your patience.

Monitoring

Bigcommerce engineers have disabled the FedEx shipping service. Other shipping providers will now work. FedEx is experiencing issues with their API at this time. We will re-enable them when they have resolved their issues.

Bigcommerce engineers have identified an issue with FedEx Shipping that is causing an outage of our Shipping Service. A fix is being readied. We will continue to update status.
