Bigcommerce systems engineers are working closely with our service provider to ensure the Object Storage System returns to acceptable performance. We are seeing services recover, and are monitoring closely.

Bigcommerce engineers are currently investigating intermittent failures with the object storage system. This impacts the retrieval of images, css and html templates.
