Our engineers have completed a fix to the failing Manual Orders and are putting the fix on our stores. Many stores should be functional now. Once all stores are functional, we will provide an update and continue to monitor the situation.

Update
We are in the process of building the fix to the Manual Order process. This did not affect the Storefront, instead it was an issue with Manual Orders created in the Control Panel.

Our engineers are investigating the cause of Manual Orders failing. We are now able to reproduce the issue in our development environments and working on a fix.
