All affected stores are now fully back up and operational.

Identified

Bigcommerce engineers have identified an issue that may be preventing search engine crawlers (Google, Bing, etc) from temporarily accessing a small number of stores. Shopper traffic to storefronts is unaffected. We are currently in the process of rolling out a patch to the affected stores.

Bigcommerce engineers are investigating an increase in error rate for a number of store fronts across our platform and are currently working to identify shopper impact. We will have an update shortly.
