BigCommerce Engineers have identified and implemented a fix to address delayed search requests on a subset of stores. We will continue to monitor and provide updates.

Investigating

BigCommerce Engineers have identified a growing backlog of search index requests. Due to that a subset of stores may be currently experiencing slow response times. Engineers are attempting to remediate.
