From 15:25 UTC to 16:11 UTC BigCommerce Engineers saw a rise in reports of slow responding storefronts. These issues appear to have been caused by general Internet accessibility issues that may have impacted JavaScript or other client-side content embedded on BigCommerce storefronts from other providers. The BigCommerce platform remains up and operational.
