API Webhooks - Availability issue

Bigcommerce System Engineers were alerted to an issue with our API service which was preventing events from triggering Webhook notifications. The issue was discovered at 7:00am CDT and resolved at 12:00pm CDT. Unfortunately any notifications missed during that time frame will not be re-tried.
