In addition to the payment processing issues occurring with Cybersource and Authorize.net, BigCommerce is also receiving reports that 3D Secure payments (such as "Verified by Visa") may also be experiencing issues right now.

BigCommerce Engineers have detected a widespread payment processing issue with third-party payment providers Cybersource and Authorize.net. BigCommerce stores configured to use these payment methods may experience payment processing difficulties and if possible, should consider activating a backup or secondary payment processor.
