The fix for the intermittent database connectivity issues has been deployed and verified as working. We will continue to monitor for further issues.

Identified

We have identified an issue with one database cluster that is related to the network outage issue earlier this morning. Bigcommerce engineers will be deploying a fix momentarily. The symptom is that sometimes the store displays "Unable to connect to database" message.
