Availability issues with BigCommerce stores

BigCommerce experienced an outage for a sub-set of traffic originating from Australian/Oceanic users between 11:36 AM and 11:50 AM AEDT. During this time visitors may have been served a generic error page with a message such as "Something went wrong... Please try again later.".

The Technical Operations team were alerted to an increase in error responses and engineers acted quickly to restore access to stores.
