A fix has been implemented to the stores affected by the mail authentication issue. Users should be able to login again now.

Investigating

Following on from the scheduled maintenance performed earlier we are investigating reports of authentication issues with user mailboxes. Bigcommerce is currently investigating and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
