BigCommerce engineers have cleared the backlog of search index requests. There may still be a small number of stores that are experiencing issues however they will be updated with the latest search data within the next hour.

BigCommerce engineers have deployed a fix for the search index queueing and will continue to monitor the processing of the backlog.

Identified

BigCommerce engineers have identified an issue with the queuing mechanism for search indexing. Any reindexing of catalogs are backlogged until we clear the queue. A fix is being deployed and we expect the queues to clear over the next few hours.
