BigCommerce Engineers identified an issue affecting storefront and API services for a subset of stores beginning at 14:00 UTC and ending at 14:12 UTC. This behavior was similar to an incident earlier this morning. BigCommerce Engineers have mitigated the root cause of the issue and all services are now available.
