Update

Beginning at 15:00 UTC BigCommerce engineers were alerted to a backlog of webhook deliveries. Action was taken and the backlog was fully eliminated by 17:15 UTC. All services are now operational.

BigCommerce engineers are currently investigating an issue that is causing the delayed delivery of webhooks to a subset of stores. We will provide an update shortly.
