Asset storage services are currently back online. We will monitor the situation until our supplier have confirmed that the systems have been stabilised.

Identified
An issue has been identified with our asset storage platform. We are working with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Currently images may be unavailable on some Storefronts and Control Panels. A message stating "Problems while loading images" may appear on some pages. We will update with more information shortly.

Investigating
Automated monitoring has alerted to possible issues with asset storage. Some assets (product images, downloadable files, etc...) may not currently be available. Newly uploaded assets may not be available on Storefronts and the Control Panel. We are currently investigating...
