Monitoring

Mail2.bigcommerce.com is back online and users are able to login again. We are continuing to monitor it to ensure there are no further issues.

Investigating

Following todays mail scheduled maintenance affecting mail2.bigcommerce.com, Bigcommerce engineers are investigating a mail server which has not come back online. We are currently working to restore mail for the affected accounts ASAP. We will provide updates as they become available.
