The Distributed Denial of Service attack has been successfully mitigated. We are monitoring the situation to ensure all stores are operating correctly.

Identified

A large scale DDOS attack has been detected against one of our data centers. Bigcommerce engineers are working with our DDOS mitigation service to stop the attack from impacting affected stores. We will be updating as soon as we have more to report.
