BigCommerce engineers have identified and resolved an issue impacting file upload options on products occurring between 10/21/22 03:24 UTC and 10/25/22 18:04 UTC. Some stores with products that have file upload options may experience recent orders that are missing the associated uploaded files. Future orders will be unaffected.
