BigCommerce engineers have implemented remediation measures. While error rates are still elevated for a small set of stores, we are beginning to see improved response times.

BigCommerce engineers have identified a large spike in traffic affecting a small subset of stores. Mitigation work is underway to restore traffic to normal service levels.
