BigCommerce engineers have made progress processing the queue in one datacenter, and continue to work on processing the backlog as a whole.

BigCommerce engineers are continuing their investigation as to who to process the search indexing queue quicker. We will update as we have more information.

Identified

BigCommerce engineers have identified a backlog of search index requests. Any reindexing of catalogs are backlogged until we clear the processing queue. We're actively working on fixing this and will provide updates as soon as possible.
