FINAL WARNING OF SOFTLAYER HOSTING DEPRECATION, 8/21/2019: After six months of warning emails and control panel messages, we are finally eliminating connectivity to our deprecated hosting environment. If you experienced slow response times on August 15, it is advised that you update your DNS records to point to our current hosting provider, using the directions provided to you in email and the BigCommerce control panel. This deprecated hosting provider will be permanently disabled on 8/21/19.
