Monitoring

Bigcommerce has received an update from our service provider that the performance issues should now be resolved. We have verified that services are restored and all merchants are able to login to stores without issues at this time.

Identified

We have identified the issue relating to a third party service we use which is currently experiencing performance issues. We have contacted the vendor and are working with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Bigcommerce engineers are investigating issues with logins to Control Panel for a number of stores.
