BigCommerce Engineers identified an issue affecting a subset of stores in the European region beginning at 15:36 UTC and stopping at 15:44 UTC. This behavior occurred again briefly at 15:49 UTC and stopping at 15:54 UTC. A fix was implemented and the all systems are operational.
