Access to the impacted stores has been restored. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make the appropriate improvements to our systems to prevent a similar occurrence in the future.

BigCommerce engineers have confirmed that a number of BigCommerce stores are currently inaccessible due to an availability issue with one of our internal messaging systems. We are continuing to work to restore access to the affected stores ASAP.
