BigCommerce engineers have restored access to single click apps accessible in the BigCommerce Control Panel.
A small number of BigCommerce merchants who accessed or updated apps in their store over the last few hours may still experience issues when attempting to load apps. If you continue to experience issues accessing apps via your control panel, you should uninstall and reinstall the app via the BigCommerce Control Panel. This will restore your ability to access the app.
BigCommerce partners who have apps in the BigCommerce App Store should ensure they support our recently announced changes for requesting new OAuth scopes for an existing app by following the advisory at https://developer.bigcommerce.com/blog/changelog/auth-scopes-advisory. Implementing the reauthorization flow will ensure BigCommerce merchants do not need to uninstall and reinstall an app to gain access to new OAuth scopes in the future.

BigCommerce engineers have been alerted to an issue where some merchants may be experiencing error messages such as "Only store owners may install or update apps." when trying to manage existing third-party apps already configured in a BigCommerce control panel. We are currently working to restore access to all apps, and will have an update momentarily.
