Issue receiving 2-Step Verification emails

BigCommerce merchants may have experienced a delay in receiving 2-Step Verification emails, password resets and other merchant generated email from 6:30pm CST - 7:00pm CST. While the mail backlog is processed, new mail deliveries are working as normal. We expect the backlog to be processed shortly. Order confirmation and storefront and shopper and transactional emails are unaffected by these delays.

BigCommerce engineers are investigating reports of not receiving 2-Step Verification emails. We will provide an update shortly.
