Identified

BigCommerce Engineers have identified the root cause of this issue. It appears to only affect merchants who have strict AVS settings for postal codes set up within Braintree and we are working to get this resolved.

BigCommerce Engineers are investigating issues with processing credit card payments with PayPal powered by Braintree. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
