BigCommerce engineers identified an issue impacting availability with a subset of stores at approximately 16:01 UTC. Engineers implemented a fix at 16:20 UTC and all services returned to normal operations at 16:59 UTC.

BigCommerce engineers have implemented a fix for the issue. We are monitoring platform error levels while the fix rolls out and expect a full resolution in the next half hour.
